A Student must get at least 75% attendance in Lecture, Demonstration, Practical and Clinical classes of each subject.

A student must pass in all subjects in the Tests, Terminal and Preliminary Examinations. The passing mark is 50%.

A student failing to procure the required attendance and passing marks shall not be sent for the University Examination.

Students must possess prescribed Text Books, Laboratory Journals, Medical Equipments, Apron etc.

In case of sickness, an application must be presented to the Academic Incharge and Principal through parents.

No Union or Association of the students shall be formed in the college.

Students must be neat and tidy in their dress.

Wearing of Aprons and Name Badges / Identity Cards is compulsory in College and Hospital.

The college office must be informed about any change of address.

Every student must carry and produce Identity Card whenever demanded.

Students must not attend classes other than their own without permission.

Smoking and Tobacco chewing is strictly prohibited in College and Hospital Campus.

Debates and meetings must be approved by the Principal in advance.

Scholarships or fee concessions depend on attendance, conduct and performance.

Students must behave with dignity and discipline of the Institution.

Breach of discipline may result in strict disciplinary action or removal.

The Principal may order a student to leave the college if found detrimental.

Every student must familiarize himself/herself with the institutional rules.

No transfer shall be granted without permission of University and NCH.

Absence without leave or participation in agitation is a breach of discipline.

In all matters, the decision of the Principal shall be final.

The management reserves the right to amend rules without prior notice.
